What is Yoga Nidra & NSDR?  

Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep.” It is a systematic technique of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. This deep relaxation technique is achieved by breathing techniques and vizualisation.

Yoga nidra’s original purpose was to find ‘Samadhi’ –  True self realization. It is deep rooted in ancient Vedic practices and recent scientific tests backs this as a science which has shown to enhance learning, and neuroplasticity. The practice fine-tunes your mind for problem solving and creates long term memory by (re) programming the subconscious.
